Belgian National TT Championship: Serry Earns Bronze
Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team rider Pieter Serry earned bronze in the 44.4km Belgian National TT Championship on Thursday.
Serry averaged about 46.764km/h on the Hooglede-Gits parcours, which featured three laps of approximately 14.4km each. Kristof Vandewalle won with a time of 56'42", while Tim Wellens was 2nd, +16". The time difference between Serry and Wellens was minimal.
Guillaume Van Keirsbulck also finished 15th (+4'06").
