Bpost Bank Trophy Cyclocross Baal: Stybar Starts the New Year on the Podium

Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team rider Zdenek Stybar started off 2014 with a 2nd place finish at Bpost Bank Trophy Cyclocross Baal on Wednesday.

UCI World Cyclocross Champion Sven Nys won the race by after holding a considerable gap for much of the race. Stybar battled for his 2nd place finish with Rob Peeters and Niels Albert, but was able to get 2nd by a margin of several seconds. Styby only started his cyclocross season at the end of December and he already has multiple podiums and a race victory.
