Tour of Beijing stage 3: Tony Martin attacks in final 10 km

Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team rider Tony Martin tried his luck in the final 10 kilometres of Tour of Beijing`s stage 3. On the final climb the German World Time Trial Champion attacked, but the peloton didn`t let him go and reeled him in quickly.

The peloton went for another bunch sprint. OPQS took command of the bunch in order to bring Alessandro Petacchi to the line as good as possible. In the bunch sprint Nacer Bouhanni (FDJ) took his second stage win. Petacchi missed the top-10 today, he finished 15th behind team mate Martin (11th).
