Tour of Denmark Stage 5: Boonen Top Finisher
Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team rider Tom Boonen was the top finisher at the 14.5km Stage 5 ITT, the second stage of the day on Saturday.
Boonen finished 24th with a time of 17'29".
Lieuwe Westra (Vacansoleil-DCM) took over the GC lead and won the stage with a time of 16'36". Geraint Thomas (Sky ProCycling) was 2nd (+19") and Manuele Boaro (Saxo Bank - Tinkoff Bank) was 3rd (+22").
OPQS looks to a final, 165km stage on Sunday.
