Tour Down Under: Renshaw and Fenn on podium in final stage

The sixth and final stage of the Tour Down Under ended in a bunch sprint as expected. After 95 fast kilometres trough the streets of Adelaide 2 OPQS riders were on the podium.

Some riders attacked in the final stage, but the sprinter teams reeled everybody in. In the final lap Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team moved up to the front of the bunch. Sprinters Mark Renshaw and Andrew Fenn battled for the win, but were beaten by Andre Greipel (Lotto-Belisol). Renshaw and Fenn finished 2nd and 3rd.

Simon Gerrans (Orica-GreenEdge) took the overall win. Cadel Evans (BMC) and Diego Ulissi (Lampre-Merida) were the numbers 2 and 3 on the podium. Jan Bakelants was the best OPQS rider in 13th place overall.
